ADMISSIONS PROCESS
The Admission Unit at Williams International College facilitates the admission process for prospective students by providing the necessary counseling and guidance to help them select the right course.The bona fide students of our institution are required to adhere to the norms established by this institution.
Parent-Teacher meetings, held periodically during the academic year, are to be attended solely by parents or authorized guardians. These meetings serve to review their wards' performance, attendance, and attitudes.
FEE DETAILS
1. Fees once paid will not be refunded on any circumstances after the bill is raised. 2. The college does not collect any donation.
Terms and Conditions
1. Enrolment for a course, together with the payment of the required deposit, full fees and the documents being signed by the students, creates a binding agreement to follow the terms and condition of the college. 2. Students must maintain 75% of attendance throughout their course at this college. 3. Students are requested to follow the Policy guidance given by the College Management during their stay in the campus. 4. The college administration reserves the right to expel any students if he/she does not fulfill the above requirements or for behavior that is disruptive to the general conduct of the college. In such cases No refund will be given. 5. The college administration will help giving guidance about exam dates and application details and all such information before examination. However, the students should follow the guidance given and submit all documents appropriately before due date. 6. Any delay by students in submitting examination forms will have to pay fine as per the Bengaluru City University /PU Board norms. 7. Students must inform college principal immediately with any change of passport number, change of address, telephone number, planned holidays or any information which is relevant at the earliest in case of foreign students. 8. Students have to participate in all the events organized by college. 9. Students must read the above-mentioned terms and conditions before filling the application form. 10. During the college hours if a student needs to leave the college, he/she must get a written sanction from the class teacher and the Principal. No student will be allowed to leave college premises unless accompanied by parent or guardian. 11. If a student remains absent from college for more than a fortnight without informing the college authorities, his/her name will withdraw from the college and re-admission fee will be charged for re-entry. 12. For all clarifications concerning the students academic/administration performance, either of the parent should accompany the students to meet the authorities of the college, and under no circumstances others will be entertained. 13. Ragging is strictly not allowed inside or outside the college campus and it is punishable as per the rules by the Supreme court.

Original certificates to be submitted at the time of admission • Marks cards of the qualifying examination. • Character certificate. • Migration Certificate((only other boards and States)) • Eligibility students (only foreign nationals) • Transfer Certificate • Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST only). • Passport and Visa in case of foreign nationals.
Pre University Course application form can be downloaded from our college website on announcement of SSLC or other equivalent grade results. After filling in the required information, A hard copy must be submitted to the College office along with all the necessary documents within 3 days.
PUC Entry Requirement
A Candidate should have passed 10th standard or equivalent grade with aggregate 50% marks in all subjects.
Foreign Student Admission Process
Eligibility Certificate Foreign student/Indian national student who have passed the qualifying examination conducted by examining bodies of other countries should obtain eligibility certificate from the Board before seeking admission
Document Required for Eligibility Certificate
Foreign nationals seeking admission to various courses are advised to apply for eligibility certificate in the prescribed application form, which the college may obtain from the Board. The completed application form along with necessary document duly attested by the principal may be forwarded to university after due scrutiny, provided the candidate satisfies all the requirement of the Pre University Board, Karnataka regulation relating to admission to a particular course. Application received without supporting documents or after the last date will be rejected.
A following document shall be submitted along with applications in the prescribed form for issue of eligibility certificate. • Attested copies of marks cards/pass certificates • Attested copies of valid passport and student visa • One passport size photograph to be pasted on the application. • Two stamp size photographs. • AIDS test clearance certificate. • Original fee receipt for payment of eligibility fee.
Confirmation Of Admission
Application form received by post or email along with registration fee are scrutinized for eligibility. If application is accepted provision admission letter will be sent by email or by post.
Eligibility Criteria for Admissions
• Students who have passed the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (10th Standard / SSLC) or any other examination recognized by the Pre University Education Board of Karnataka are eligible for admission to I Year PUC. • Candidates from outside Karnataka shall produce Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate. • Caste Certificate in the prescribed form duly signed by the Tahshildar shall be enclosed for claiming concessions and privileges earmarked for such students for selection and admission. • There is no provision for change of subject or section after the admission
On Admission, The Students Shall Produce
• Original SSLC Marks Card for verification with a photocopy. • Original Transfer Certificate with a photocopy. • Original Demand Draft for the amount notified as announced in the fee structure. • ICSE/CBSE students shall submit two photo copies of both Marks Card and Transfer Certificate. • Parents should accompany their wards at the time of admission.

Guidelines For Admission To Undergraduate Courses
It is under choice based credit system (CBCS) in the faculties of Science and Commerce. Williams international college commences academic year from June month. The academics program will be governed by the guidelines for adaption of choice based credit system (CBCS) formulated by Bengaluru City University and the University Grants Commission and the general guide lines issued by the state higher education council. Eligibility And Other Conditions
1. B.Com Degree Courses (BACHELOR OF COMMERCE) • A candidate who has passed the two years pre university examination conducted by the Karnataka pre university board or any other examination considered has equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission to B.Com program • A candidate who has passed Diploma in business administration examination conducted by directorate of technical education, Karnataka may be considered eligible for admission to first year B.Com Degree course • A candidate who has passed Diploma in secretarial/commercial practice conducted by the board technical education Karnataka may be considered eligible for admission to Second year B.Com Degree Course. • The medium of instruction and examination will be in English
2. BBA Degree Course (Bachelor of Business Administration) A candidate who has passed two-year pre-university examination conducted by the Karnataka pre-university board or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission to the B.B.A course.
3. BCA Degree Course (Bachelor of Computer Application) • A candidate who has passed two-year pre-university examination conducted by the Karnataka pre- university board or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission • A candidate who has passed JODC/Three-year diploma in engineering of government of Karnataka / any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission to first year degree course.
Duration of the courses: 3-years -6 semesters.

Following documents are to be submitted at the time of approval: • Original X, XI and XII standard and equivalent examinations mark cards. • Original transfer certificate (TC). • Migration certificate form students other than for Karnataka PU board. • Eligibility certificate for foreign nationals and NRIs. • Income declaration form signed by the Tahsildar for students whose parents annual income is below Rs.2, 50,000/- PA. • SC/ST/BT/OBC/Category certificates (Original +3copies). • Aadhaar Card Xerox copy. • Candidate passport Size photos-6 copies

M.COM Degree Course (MASTER OF COMMERCE) Candidates who have passed the three year B.Com/ B.B.M / BBA degree examination of Bengaluru City University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto, provided they have obtained not less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates) marks in the aggregate in Commerce subjects.
Duration of the courses: 2-years -4 semesters.
