A hard copy must be submitted to the College office along with all the necessary documents within 3 days.

GUILD LINES FOR ADMISSION TO UNDER GRADUATE COURSES

It is under choice based credit system (CBCS) in the faculties of Commerce.

College commences academic year from June month. The academics program will be governed by the guidelines for adaption of choice based credit system (CBCS) formulated by Bengaluru Central University and the University Grants Commission and the general guide lines issued by the state higher education council.goverment of Karnataka from time to time.

ELIGIBILITY AND OTHER CONDITION

1. M.COM Degree Courses (MASTER OF COMMERCE)

Candidates who have passed the three year B.Com./ B.B.M/BBA. degree examination of Bangalore University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto, provided they have obtained not less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates) marks in the aggregate in Commerce subjects.


Duration of the courses: 2-years -4 semesters.
CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION

Application forms sent by post along with registration fee are scrutinized for eligibility. Admission Letter and Identity card for confirmed admissions along with welcome kit is sent to students if all eligibility criteria are satisfied

PROVISIONAL ADMISSION

Provisional admission is given when the application form has insufficient proof such as:

• Documents submitted are not attested.
• Insufficient documents.
• Incomplete/Unsigned application form.
• Lack of Photographs.
• Name Change certificate.
• Visa copy not produced (for foreign residents).
• Any other documents required by Admission officer.


Certificates to be produced at the time of admission

Following documents are to be submitted the time of approval

• Original B.Com/BBA/BBM Semester Marks cards, Xth,XI and XIIth standard and equivalent examinations mark cards.
• Original transfer certificate (TC).
• Migration certificate form students other than for Karnataka PU board.
• Eligibility certificate for foreign nationals and NRIs.
• Income declaration form signed by the Tahsildar for students whose parents annual income is below Rs.2, 50,000/- PA.
• SC/ST/BT/OBC/Category certificates (Original +3copies).
• Aadhar Card Xerox copy.
• Candidate passport Size photos-6 copies

FEE DETAILS
1. Fees once paid will not be refunded. 2. The college does not collect any donation

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Enrolment for a course, together with the payment of the required deposit, full fees and the documents being signed by the students, create a binding agreement to follow the terms and conditions of the college.

• Students must maintain 75% of attendance throughout their course at this college.

• Students are requested to follow the Policy guidance given by the College Management during their stay in the campus.

• The college administration reserves the right to expel any students if he/she does not fulfill the above requirements or for behavior that is disruptive to the general conduct of the college. In such cases No refund will be given.

• The college administration will help giving guidance about exam dates and application details and all such information before examination. However, it is for the students to follow the guidance given and submit all documents appropriately before due date. Any delay by students in submitting examination forms will have to pay fine as per the University norms.

• Students must inform college principal about change of Passport number, change of address, telephone number, planned holidays or anything information which is relevant at the earliest.

• Students have to participate in all the events organized the by college.

• Students must read the above mentioned terms and conditions before filling the application form.

• During the college hours if a student needs to leave the college, he/she must get a written sanction from the class teacher and the Principal. No student is allowed to leave college premises unless he/she is accompanied by a parent/guardian in such cases.

• If a student remains absent from the college for more than a fortnight without informing the college authorities, his/her name will withdrawn from the college and readmission fee will be charged for re-entry.

• Ragging is not allowed inside or outside the college campus and it is a punishable as per the rules of the Supreme Court.
